Delivery & Returns

OFFICE HOURS:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. Please note that any orders placed after 3pm will not be processed until the next day. Orders will be dispatched in the following time scales (excluding weekends and UK public holidays):
  • UK STANDARD 4-7 working days
  • REPUBLIC OF IRELAND 7-10 working days
  • EUROPE STANDARD 10 working days
  • INTERNATIONAL - 14 working days.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY:
Our refund and returns policy specifically excludes the following:
• Products that have had the tag(s) removed;
• Products that have had hygienic stickers removed;
• Products that are soiled or show wear and tear

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.
Please also note we will refund after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed.
All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within a reasonable time frame from receipt of goods.
When trying on items please be extremely careful as we can not accept any returns that show make up, fake tan, deodorant, perfume etc.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. 
***Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on swimwear unless the item is faulty***
RETURNING ITEMS INSTRUCTIONS:
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We then pay to send out any replacements. The returns address is:

PLEASE NOTE: When returning the item it is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.  


CANCELLATIONS:
All order cancellations must be made by email through our 'Contact Us' page within 14 working days, starting the day after you receive your order. If your order has already been dispatched to you, goods must be returned in order to process your refund. The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in it's original unused condition. 
You have the right to cancel your order placed online under the distance selling regulations.
If you have not yet received your order and wish to cancel please contact us as soon as possible.
